Robert DeBartolo
  
Robert DeBartolo was aboard the USS Pringle from the day she was commissioned to the day she sank.  His son Thomas DeBartolo said he was a Radar Man 2nd class at the time of the sinking, and was on duty on the bridge, when she sank.  My father is still alive at 82, but is not in the best of health.  I show him all the pictures and info I get from the internet.  He enjoys seeing stuff regarding his old shipmates.  In the past my parents regularly attended Pringle reunions
